preGLUE Facade bonding system

Bonding a wide variety of façade panels regardless of the weather

The use

The Hartmann preGLUE profile system was developed for rear-ventilated façades. preGLUE is used for façades where non-visible fastening is required. Thanks to prefabrication in the factory and fast installation on site, the use of preGLUE is also very economical.

The principle

With preGLUE, you can transfer the weather-determined bonding process from the construction site to the workshop. There you can bond the preGLUE profiles to your façade panels under controlled conditions, regardless of the weather.

The prepared elements are then hung, aligned and fixed on site. Whatever the weather.

The system

preGLUE consists of a carrier profile, which is bonded to the façade panel in the workshop, and a support profile, into which the carrier profile with the bonded façade panel is hung. Depending on the façade situation, two carrier profiles and two support profiles are available:

preGLUE can be combined with almost all common adhesive systems approved by the building authorities. We will be happy to advise you!
