With preGLUE, W. Hartmann & Co. offers an innovative aluminium profile system for the concealed fixing of façade panels – with no rivets, no screws and no visible fixing points. The system consists of a perfectly matched carrier profile and support profile, making it possible for the first time to bond façade panels independently of weather conditions.
The actual bonding process takes place in the workshop under controlled conditions – clean, precise and independent of temperature and humidity. On site, the prefabricated elements are simply hooked into place, aligned and secured.
The result: a flawlessly smooth façade surface with maximum efficiency – even with large-format façade panels.

The preGLUE profile system is specifically developed for ventilated aluminium façades where a concealed fixing solution is required. The system consists of two perfectly matched profile components:
- Carrier profile – bonded to the rear side of the façade panel in the workshop.
- Support profile – attached to the substructure; the carrier profile with the bonded façade panel is then hooked into the support profile.
This intelligent connection transfers the weather-dependent part of the bonding process to the workshop. This ensures consistent conditions, high process reliability and consistently high bonding quality.
Two carrier profiles and two support profiles are available for different façade configurations. preGLUE is compatible with all commonly used approved façade bonding systems and can be individually adapted to the requirements of each project. Installation on site is fast, safe and possible in all weather conditions.
