Aluminium with a stainless steel look combines the premium appearance of brushed stainless steel with the functional advantages of aluminium. Its surface features a uniform, silky finish created through a precise industrial process and subsequently anodized. The result is a durable, scratch-resistant and UV-resistant metal surface that is more than 60% lighter than stainless steel. The material is corrosion-resistant, non-combustible (A1) and resistant to visible fingerprints – making it ideal for decorative applications in both interior and exterior environments, including façades, interior design, machinery and equipment.

Product details
The anodized stainless steel look is created using an industrial rolling process that produces a uniform, high-quality surface structure. Variations in surface topography, such as those found on brushed or ground surfaces, are therefore avoided. The aluminium is then anodized in a special anodizing bath, creating a 10 µm anodized layer for optimum surface protection and long-lasting colour consistency. The result is a hard, abrasion-resistant and easy-to-maintain surface that does not retain visible fingerprints, is resistant to neutral cleaning agents and maintains its elegant appearance for years. It combines aesthetics, functionality and durability in a single material.
Aluminium with a stainless steel look is available in two standard versions from stock:
- Rolled-textured and stainless-steel-coloured coil anodized (10 µm)
- Rolled-textured, mill finish (suitable for batch anodizing)
Other variants, such as different anodizing layer thicknesses or anodizing colours, are available on request. We will be happy to advise you.
