Product details

The termolac® surface is based on an industrially applied powder coating system on high-quality aluminium sheets (EN AW 5005). The coating process takes place at a constant high production speed. This results in a very short period of heat exposure for the aluminium, ensuring that its material properties and microstructure remain unaffected. The result is stress-relieved, flat termolac® sheets. The coating is scratch-resistant and weather-resistant.

  • High-quality powder coating to industrial standard
  • Weather-resistant, scratch-resistant and suitable for applications regardless of rolling direction
  • Perfect surface match with powder-coated aluminium profiles

With more than 35 standard colours available from stock, Hartmann offers the most extensive termolac® range on the market. The range includes classic metallic and RAL colours, trend colours and vibrant shades. In addition to gloss finishes, many colours are also available in matt or fine-textured finishes – directly from stock. Special colours and project-specific colour matching are available on request.

  • No hanging holes
  • Largest selection with more than 35 colours available from stock
  • Environmentally friendly thanks to a solvent-free coating system

termolac® aluminium sheets have been specifically developed for further processing in the metalworking industry. Thanks to the optimised coating system, the surface remains sufficiently flexible to allow bending, roll forming and folding with an internal bend radius of just 1T (180°) without cracking. This is possible with sheet thicknesses of up to 3.0 mm. A robust protective film protects the termolac® surface during workshop processing. The material can be punched, cut, bent and formed using standard machinery. All fine-textured colours require a minimum bend radius of 1.5T.

termolac® pre-painted aluminium is used wherever colour, availability and processing reliability are essential:

  • Façade cladding and cladding profiles
  • Door panels, window sills, parapets and panels
  • Interior fit-outs, shopfitting, signage and display technology
  • Machine enclosures and metal components
  • Custom metalwork with demanding colour requirements
