On 24 February, Hartmann took part in the apprenticeship fair in Hamburg-Billstedt, followed by the apprenticeship fair in Ahrensburg on 27 February.
Joining us at the events was a dedicated team of young Hartmann employees whose own apprenticeships were not long ago. This enabled them to provide authentic insights into everyday working life at Hartmann and share their personal experiences with visitors on an equal footing. The aim of our presence at the fairs was to present Hartmann as an attractive employer and a great place to start an apprenticeship. The focus was on two apprenticeship opportunities: Warehouse Logistics Operator and Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Clerk. Numerous interested pupils took the opportunity to find out more about the roles, career development opportunities and working environment at Hartmann.
Both days were a great success for Hartmann, with many engaging conversations and new contacts with potential future colleagues.
