I would like to inform you that our company has changed its legal form. We have changed from a GmbH & Co. KG to a GmbH. Its name – believe it or not – is:
W. Hartmann & Co. GmbH
Following some delay, the company has now been registered with the Lübeck Local Court under the number HRB 24494 HL. Our new VAT identification number is DE366225252.
For you, nothing will change: you will continue to deal with the same company. There are no changes, for example, to our liquidity or financial resources. The company will continue to be managed by Gregor Krausa and Sascha Michalke, and the powers of procuration held by Roman Meinhardt, Michael Wachsmann and myself will also remain unchanged. The bank details you are familiar with will likewise remain the same.
With regard to our branch office, R.A.C.K.L. Metall in Wendelstein, the powers of procuration held by Goran Djordjevic and Martin Fuchs will also remain unchanged. However, as part of the continued integration of the business, we will be changing the bank account used there. We would therefore ask you to make future payments for invoices issued by Rackl to the account held with Deutsche Bank: IBAN: DE04 2307 0710 0010 BIC: DEUTDEHH222
This change is a step towards the foundation into which I intend to gradually transfer my group due to the lack of a successor. In this context, corporate entities are simply easier to manage than partnerships.
