With its entry in the commercial register dated 15 August 2022, R.A.C.K.L. Metall GmbH & Co. KG in Wendelstein (near Nuremberg) was merged into W. Hartmann & Co. (GmbH & Co. KG). This has no impact on the day-to-day operations of either company. The future branch in Wendelstein will continue to operate independently as a processing facility and sawing centre for hard alloys, primarily serving the mechanical engineering industry.
